Let’s meet. Our contract negotiation team starts by documenting the goals of your credit union or community bank and then compares them to your current portfolio of vendors. We use proven analytic strategies designed to meet your service and pricing standards. And you can count on unbiased recommendations and impartial guidance based directly on your needs and goals. We do not partner with any vendors. We are 100% vendor neutral. Once we gather the information surrounding your goals, outlook and expectations, our experienced contract negotiations team will put together a vendor negotiations roadmap. We’ll introduce you to your own personal virtual consultant. Your virtual consultant will be an extension of your team, working hard to achieve the best for your credit union or bank. We will request the documents we need to get started on your RoadMap. Then we’ll put together an analysis of your contracts based on your contract dates, pricing, and future goals. Following, we’ll get together with your dedicated virtual consultant to share our recommendations for how to reduce expense, consolidate vendors, and eliminate non-performing vendors. Our objective, keep the branch but also digitize the banking experience for your member/customer base. This RoadMap sets the stage for the future and can be adjusted as we go along and evolve. The FI vendor market is ever-changing; one minute there are 10 top vendors and the next there are only 2. Every day we are working with vendors to learn more about their offerings, services, and evolution. We work closely with your team to create a strong Request For Proposal (RFP). The RFP contains requirements the vendor should meet to win your business. We issue RFP’s to your incumbent vendor and up to four other vendors of your choosing. Don’t worry, we can help you decide. There certainly are a lot of choices out there; some are a fit for you, others just simply are not. Deciding on vendors can be a process, we simplify that by making recommendations based on the knowledge you shared with us in the first stage. Let’s get that RFP issued! Once the RFP is issued, the fun part begins…Negotiating! But first…let’s see what the systems look like and feel like to your team. We’ll set up demos either on-site or virtually with the vendors and allow you to touch and feel the systems so you can decide what’s right for you. Leave indecision at the door – seeing the system and talking directly with the vendor will help narrow down your choices. We’ll stay in the background working on the best pricing, terms, conditions and ensuring all the pieces of the puzzle fit together with your IT core.
